A love for challenge, a comfort level with change, and the ability to bring new ideas to the table are the most important requirements—the official stuff like certifications and years of experience are great, but secondary. If you watch Game of Thrones, enjoy sports, and don’t mind the occasional late night for a client, you’re probably a great fit.
