Salesforce Developer

We are currently hiring for Salesforce Developer roles to join our team in our Marietta, GA, location.
 
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for participating in multiple, simultaneous projects. Daily work will include gathering and documenting client requirements, supporting existing clients, configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform deployments, as well as testing, training, and documentation. You will work alongside our team of Solution and Technical Architects and play an important role in larger projects that require custom coded solutions.

Key roles and responsibilities include: 

• Work with Business Analyst and Solution Architect teams to design custom Salesforce solutions centered in the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
• Perform custom integration of Web Services for extracting data from external systems
• Write and troubleshoot Apex triggers, classes, and test classes
• Create custom Visualforce-based solutions
• Create and deploy Lightning Components
• Perform Unit / Regression testing and release management of modifications / updates between environment instances using Force.com IDE or other automated solution
• Manage testing process for Salesforce solutions which includes developing test plans, creating test cases, and establishing testing protocols along with appropriate testing environments
• Migrate data using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications
• Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers to build custom solutions
• Develop technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with project management team to ensure alignment and communication of project status or issues
• Communicate of project status and/or issues
• Communicate directly with clients and end users to gather, understand, define business requirements and provide project progress reports

 
Requirements

• Platform Developer I certification preferred, but not required. Experience is more important!
• Experience in a client-facing role with developing and delivering Salesforce solutions
• Demonstrated ability for analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, quickly involving environment
• Strong written and presentation communication skills
• Ability to prioritize with a team of consultants
