Susan Connor leads SquareBlue's Salesforce.com strategy, implementation, and customization practice. She specializes in Salesforce for small- to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations, first taking the time to understand a firm's business process and then assisting them with implementing or customizing Salesforce to accurately reflect their day-to-day experience.
Prior to founding SquareBlue, she developed 15 years' experience in designing and executing core marketing strategy, marketing communications, marketing management, campaign ROI, print marketing, e-mail marketing, advertising, editorial, tradeshows, events, speaking engagements, and social media campaigns. Susan holds a BA in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and an MA in Technical Writing and a PhD in Rhetoric and Persuasive Writing from the University of North Texas. Susan is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Force.com Developer. Amy Rossi is a Salesforce and Pardot Consultant at SquareBlue Consulting. As a member of the SquareBlue team, Amy works with businesses that either have plans to integrate Pardot or are looking to enhance a current Pardot marketing automation program. Amy specializes in strategy for email Marketing and Marketing Automation through Pardot, Salesforce, and other connected systems and applications.
Prior to joining SquareBlue, Amy spent 24 years at The Babcock & Wilcox Company where she managed the Sales & Marketing Operations team and was responsible for the global Salesforce and CRM program. Jennifer Phillips-Denny is the Lead Editor at SquareBlue Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for the quality of content for SquareBlue and all of its clients. She has 16 years of experience editing, managing writers, and teaching college-level composition, technical writing, and literature courses.
Prior to joining SquareBlue, Jennifer developed her writing skills in a variety of positions in higher education. In addition to editing and teaching, she manages a university writing center. Her other experiences in higher education include managing course redesign projects, online content development, instructional design, learning technologies, and assessment. Jennifer received in BA in Sociology from Texas Tech University and an MA and PhD in English from the University of North Texas. |
Josh Hunt is the Lead Salesforce Engineer at SquareBlue Consulting. In this role, he is responsible for leading Salesforce projects from conceptualization to implementation through innovative ideas and solutions. Josh is also responsible for the on-going learning of the Salesforce AppExchange to provide clients with the most effective and efficient apps available.
Prior to joining SquareBlue, Josh spent 6 years at Kennesaw State University (KSU), where he served as an Adjunct Instructor for the First-Year Experience and Program Manager for Leadership Programs. His primary roles at KSU were to teach leadership courses for incoming first-year students as well as work with students on community-based research, engagement, and grant opportunities. Dan Blazo is a Salesforce Documentation Specialist at SquareBlue Consulting. He plays a critical role in preparing, developing, and coordinating Salesforce documentation that is unique to the individual implementations of each client. In addition, he is responsible for the standardization and ongoing revision history of all SquareBlue documentation.

She has over a decade of experience in strategic public relations, marketing and project management programs. Kristin has worked with a range of professional and financial services companies during her career, including J.D. Powers, Velocity Solutions, and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
Prior to joining SquareBlue Kristin spent seven years at Sheshunoff Management Services, where she spearheaded strategic alliances with national and state associations, media relations and marketing programs. Kristin graduated from the UT College of Business. |
